Superb service shouldn’t pass without recognition. Nor should the sterling personal qualities that help create it! But where does one begin the list of Dr. Klein’s distinctives? Is it the fine blend of empathy and concern that I saw on his face and discerned in his voice when he explained my gum health? Is it that he fought my dental problems almost as a cause? Or is it the educative content of his steps and procedures? Years back before I came to Dr. Klein, my gums were bloated and bled at every teeth brushing. The pains were almost perpetually there! And Dr. Klein couldn’t work on my teeth without heavily freezing every area of mouth. A couple of visits afterwards, I slept on two occasions while he and one of his assistants (Christina) worked on my teeth!! Also, I never saw a dentist whose follow-up culture is more legendary than Dr. Klein’s. He is certainly a professional of first rate education and refinement - and everything that goes with such descriptions. I cannot speak of him and his work except in superlatives!

About 9 years ago I met Dr Gary Klein when I needed a chip repaired on a tooth which is part of a Fixed Bridge.Dr Klein did such a good repair to it that it lasted another 8 years. It was already over 25 years old at that time. I remember on that initial visit to Dr Klein I told him that I really did not like going to the dentist and as a matter of fact it rates as the number one thing that I would rather not do. Dr Klein assured me that if for any reason I felt any pain during any procedure he would stop and take the necessary steps to ensure that I was comfortable. He has kept his word for the past 9 years. I eventually had to have that Bridge replaced and Dr Klein did a fantastic job on matching the colour to the rest of my teeth and what a perfect fit as well. Over the years I have done the usual visits for check ups, cleanings, crowns and root canals and through it all Dr Klein has been the consummate professional. He calls me after every visit to ensure that I am ok and always fits me into his day if I may have a dental emergency. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Klein to any of my friends, family or business associates.

　Gary and his team are family to us. In the past 7 years that we have known him and his staff, our experience has always been wonderful and positive. Dr. Klein is very thorough in his work and goes to great lengths to ensure that we are comfortable and happy with the outcome of his work. Dr. Kein has done some extensive build up work on my teeth that have withstood the test of time and other abuse so well that after all these years I still have no trouble flashing my smile without restraint.
