Tooth Whitening

Is the most popular cosmetic treatment in dentistry today. It is proven to be safe and effective in most cosmetic cases. You can choose to have whitening done in our office in one appointment, or at home under our professional supervision with incredible results in as little as 3-5 days.

We recommend whitening prior to having veneers, crowns, or bonding done on the front teeth if you desire a whiter, brighter smile. We will guide you on your specific needs to give you the smile you aspire to.

Bad Breath

An embarrassing problem that is quite common; possible reasons are from smoking or chewing tobacco, dry mouth or diabetes. Fortunately we do have effective solutions. We will dispense a tongue scraper, and demonstrate how this effective tool will help against bad breath while removing residue from the tongue. We will also check whether extensive tooth decay, gum disease, or poor oral hygiene may be contributing to your problem and initiate in-office treatment and send home a mouth rinse as well.

Snore Guards

This is a wonderful option because this is a non surgical option to treat snoring. You will need to be assessed for a condition called sleep apnea. The snore guard repositions your jaw so that your airway is no longer obstructed and air will move more freely thus giving you and your partner a far more restfull sleep.

Splints For Clenching/Grinding

Some people suffer from “TMJ disorder”; some have a habit of clenching or grinding during the day and the night (which you may not be aware of). Ear popping and clicking sounds as well as muscle aches and headaches may manifest. After a thorough exam, a custom made appliance may be recommended which is often successful in relaxing the jaw muscles, reducing muscle spasm and allowing the jaw to close in a position that allows more muscle relaxation. Other combinations of treatments may be recommended to improve successful results.

High Tech Intra Oral Camera

We are constantly educating our patients and making them aware of their dental health. An image from your mouth is taken and displayed on a 32 inch monitor, so that you can understand the recommended procedure and see the sequence of it from the start, right through to completion.

Multimedia Education

We are committed to patient education, and have access to a vast library and pictures of actual patient pictures to help patients understand treatment options. Patients feel much more empowered in making decisions.

Invisalign

By using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign straightens your teeth with results you’ll notice sooner than you think. The course of treatment involves changing aligners approximately every two weeks, moving your teeth into a straighter position step by step, until you have a more beautiful smile. And unlike braces, these clear aligners are comfortable to wear and remove easily when you eat, brush, and floss.

Whether your teeth are crowded or are spaced apart, invisalign can be a desireable option!

Since Invisalign is practically invisible, there’s no unwarranted attention to your mouth. In fact, very few people will notice at all – unless you tell them!

Unlike traditional orthodontics or braces, Invisalign has no metal bands or wires to trap food and plaque. Maintaining a good oral hygiene program will also reduce chances of plaque buildup, tooth decay and periodontal disease.

What About Dental Insurance?

Our office will work closely with you on your insurance coverage. Please bring in your insurance booklet so that we may assist you with details.

We will do all we can to assist you through the often complex and confusing insurance process. We will endeavour to help you get the necessary information regarding your insurance plan. You should have a clear understanding of the proposed treatment and associated fees and costs before any treatment is started. We are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure that it is performed in the most responsible manner.

Dental insurance is a contractual agreement between you and your insurance company solely. Your employer has unilaterally decided for you the extent of treatment coverage and percentages paid for under the terms of your plan. Therefore, insurance plans vary widely from patient to patient.

Once you have agreed to proceed, payment is expected at each visit as treatment is provided, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated.
